From sweeping orchestral scores to iconic retro themes\, this program brings your favorite games to life on one of Seattle’s most stunning stages. \n Featuring music from: \n\nFinal Fantasy\nKingdom Hearts\nTetris\nSuper Mario Bros.\nStar Wars\nThe Elder Scrolls\nCivilization\nThe Evil Within\nHalo\n\n Special Highlights: \nWorld Premiere: An orchestral suite from Dawn Apart by Abel Lifshutz \nSpecial collaboration with the *Level Up! Vocal Ensemble (LU!VE) featuring Sogno di Volare \nWhether you grew up gaming\, love cinematic orchestral music\, or are discovering these worlds for the first time\, there is something here for every video game fan. \nWe continue to welcome new members to join our ensembles\, and we'll be eager to present our largest concert band and orchestra yet presented. You'll marvel at the beauty that so many musicians can muster as one with nearly 200 members of our community performing through the evening. \nTransportation to Benaroya Hall is easy with a parking garage directly below the building\, or you can skip the traffic and arrive by bus or light rail (Symphony Station). \nWe are always seeking to remove barriers to experiencing music\, so for the second year we will be offering free access tickets by request to our performances thanks to a generous grant from 4culture. \n \n*Level Up! Vocal Ensemble (LU!VE) is a community choir in Seattle\, WA that sings video game music. Our repertoire runs the gamut from 80's platformers to modern MOBAs to JRPG classics - if it's from a game we love\, we're gonna sing it! Our mission is to promote video game music through public performance\, while building a supportive and fun community where members can level up their musicianship and share their creativity and passion.
