Job Summary

Implements new software tools, automation processes, and technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Researches and implements new software tools that can streamline organizational workflows.
  • Designs and builds automation scripts to reduce manual work processes.
  • Tests and deploys new technology solutions across different organizational platforms.
  • Assists in configuring and setting up new digital systems and applications.
  • Documents new processes and create basic user guides for implemented technologies.
  • Supports the Technology Manager in identifying opportunities for technological
    improvements.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Basic programming or scripting skills.
  • Understanding of automation tools and technology integration.
  • Ability to learn and implement new software quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Experience / Education

  • At least one season with the organization.
  • Some technical background in computer science or a related field preferred.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

  • Work involves walking, talking, and hearing; using hands to handle, feel, or
    operate objects, tools, or controls; and reaching with hands and arms.
