Below, you'll find our refund policy that covers physical goods, digital goods, organizational memberships, ticket sales, and donations.

Physical Goods

Returns

We're happy to accept returns of physical goods within 30 days of your original purchase. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and check it over, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

You'll be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless it's our mistake – in which case, we'll gladly cover the shipping for you.

Digital Goods

Refunds

We understand that sometimes digital purchases can be tricky. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for digital products like music downloads and digital event tickets. We kindly ask that you carefully review all the details and specs before hitting that "purchase" button.

Organizational Memberships

Cancellations

Life happens, and we get it. If you need have your membership refunded, simply reach out to our Director of Membership. If it's greater than 2 weeks from the term's first performance, we'll gladly refund your membership in full. After that, we won't be able to offer refunds for membership cancellations.

Ticket Sales

Refunds

We want your experience with us to be unforgettable, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur. If an event gets canceled, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. And if there's a rescheduled date that you can't make, no worries – our caring customer service team is here to help you out.

Ticket Transfers

We know plans can change, and we're here to accommodate that. If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, just reach out to us and provide the details. We'll take care of the rest!
