Seattle Pride Classic – All Stars of Pride 2024
We are back to play for the All Stars of Pride at the Seattle Pride Classic! We'll be pepping the crowd for the last event of the weekend. It’s a unique match that celebrates participants who exemplify core values of Education, Opportunity, and Inclusion. This marquee game showcases 28 players who stood out over the weekend for their contributions on and off the ice. We'll be playing before, during, and after the event to pep up the crowd. Join us to enjoy the music and some great hockey!
About the Event
The Seattle Pride Hockey Association (SPHA) is a vibrant community that celebrates diversity and inclusivity through the love of hockey. Founded with the vision to create a welcoming environment for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, SPHA is dedicated to promoting equality on and off the ice. The association hosts various events throughout the year, including the renowned Seattle Pride Classic, a tournament that draws participants from all walks of life to compete and share in the joy of the sport.
About the Performers
Reign City Riot is one of Seattle’s premier sports bands, igniting the matchday experience for Reign FC, the city’s NWSL soccer team. Their electrifying performances include pre and post-match sets, amplifying the stadium atmosphere with custom-commissioned arrangements of current pop and rock anthems. During matches, Drumline takes center stage, energizing supporters and driving the team towards victory. Founded in 2015, Reign City Riot is a trailblazing ensemble, celebrating diversity by welcoming members from all walks of life, including the LGBTQIA+ community and allies. Beyond soccer, they engage with the Seattle community, embodying inclusivity and triumph.
About Rainbow City
Rainbow City Performing Arts is a nonprofit organization that celebrates LGBTQIA+ diversity and inclusion through musical expression. Rainbow City consists of seven performance ensembles that play various genres of music, such as jazz, orchestra, sports band, and drumline. Their mission is to create a safe and supportive environment for musicians of all identities, skills, and backgrounds, and to promote the equity and visibility of LGBTQIA+ people in the community. The nonprofit also supports young and marginalized artists by commissioning new works and providing instruments and scholarships.
