The Credentials Coordinator helps keep Rainbow City Performing Arts running securely and efficiently by managing access credentials and ensuring compliance with best practices. This role is key to safeguarding our systems while supporting a seamless and collaborative environment for our team.

Job Summary

The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing email campaigns and newsletters that support RCPA’s engagement, promotional, and fundraising efforts. This role involves gathering content, tailoring messaging to specific
audiences, and designing compelling emails using MailChimp. The coordinator plays a key role in keeping members and the broader community informed and engaged with RCPA’s activities and values.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Issues Microsoft 365 accounts following defined onboarding procedures.
  • Periodically audits and removes unused or inactive accounts to maintain security and compliance.
  • Issues and manages credentials using the organization’s password management system.
  • Maintains accurate records of account issuance, changes, and deactivations.
  • Responds to credential-related support requests and resolves access issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with HR and department leads to ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts.
  • Develops and maintains documentation for credentialing procedures and best practices.
  • Ensures compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Participates in periodic reviews of access controls and credentialing processes.
  • Utilizes effective communication and interpersonal skills that align with and support the organization’s Mission and Core Values.
  • Complies with the organization’s by-laws, policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Seeks clarification and guidance as necessary.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
  • Familiarity with password management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data security.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency with electronic spreadsheet and word processing applications.

  • Training in Microsoft 365 administration and password management tools.
  • Support from IT leadership and cross-functional teams.
