Rainbow City Performing Arts invites the community to Action! – the grand finale of their “Lights, Camera, Action!” season. Taking place on Friday, June 6, at Benaroya Hall, this event promises an evening filled with energy, empowerment, and a celebration of togetherness.
Action! is more than just a concert; it’s a tribute to strength, resilience, and pride. The program will feature the dynamic performances of Rainbow City’s concert band and orchestra, delivering music that celebrates the solidarity and vibrancy of the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond.
Special guest performances include STANCE, an inspiring ensemble of trans and nonbinary voices renowned for their passionate energy, and Ryan Cassata, a trailblazing queer singer-songwriter and activist whose heartfelt lyrics and powerful presence promise to create moments of deep connection.
During intermission, attendees can enjoy the lively sounds of the Rainbow City Jazz Band in the grand lobby. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore a popular silent auction, participate in engaging games, and enjoy refreshments from the cash bar to kick off Pride Month.
