What is a Townhall?

Rainbow City Townhall Sessions offer informal conversation among RCPA leaders and members on a specific topic related to how our organization functions. Together, we’ll focus on the present—how board decisions affect you right now—and highlight ways you can get involved. All sessions will be ONLINE, Sundays at 6:00pm.
