Alki Beach Pride 2024
Rainbow City Marching Band is thrilled to announce our participation in Alki Beach Pride, an annual celebration that takes place on the beautiful sands of Alki Beach in West Seattle. Our vibrant band members, adorned in colorful uniforms, will march down Alki Ave SW, creating a lively and melodic procession. As we move along the beachfront, the rhythmic beat of drums and the uplifting notes of our brass instruments will resonate with the crashing waves and the cheers of the crowd.
But that’s not all! Our musical journey won’t end with the march. Instead, we’ll transition seamlessly into a standing performance right there on the beach. Picture this: the sun casting a warm glow, the salty breeze in the air, and our band members creating a harmonious symphony against the backdrop of the breathtaking Puget Sound views. Families, friends, and beachgoers will gather around, swaying to the music, as we celebrate love, diversity, and resilience.
About the Event
Alki Beach Pride is where unity meets the shoreline, where acceptance dances with the tides. Join us for a day of music, laughter, and celebration by the sea. Let the music be our anthem, and let love be our guide. Together, we’ll create a memorable symphony of pride amidst the natural beauty of Alki Beach.
