JOB SUMMARY

Serves as a key member of the Rainbow City Performing Arts team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patrons. The role primarily focuses on supporting the season ticket program and managing group and comp tickets for major performances.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the season ticket holder experience, including renewals and special requests.
  • Organizes group sales efforts, including outreach to potential groups, negotiation of group rates, and coordination of seating.
  • Handles the distribution of complimentary tickets for major performances, ensuring a fair and strategic allocation to sponsors, donors, and VIPs.
  • Maintains accurate records of all comp ticket recipients and their attendance.
  • Organizes group sales efforts, including outreach to potential groups, negotiation of group rates, and coordination of seating.
  • Handles the distribution of complimentary tickets for major performances, ensuring a fair and strategic allocation to sponsors, donors, and VIPs.
  • Maintains accurate records of all comp ticket recipients and their attendance.
  • Attends the monthly departmental meeting and coordinate with other staff as needed.
  • Utilizes effective communication and interpersonal skills that align with and support the organization’s Mission and Core Values.
  • Complies with the organization’s by-laws, policies, procedures, and member covenants; seeks clarification and guidance as necessary.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or patron relations.
