On June 10, Reign City Riot took center stage at the OL Reign's 2023 Pride Match, a captivating event and always the highlight of the year for our band. The match, held at the renowned Lumen Field, brought together athletes, fans, and artists to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. As the OL Reign players showcased their talent on the field, the Drumline's electrifying sound elevated the atmosphere, filling the stadium with an undeniable sense of pride and inclusivity.
Our band played with pride before and after the match as usual, but again this year was accompanied by our color guard for a visually stunning dual performance. At half time, our combined forces were able to play a few pieces from on the field itself, always a great honor to our members who used to routinely do this at our old Tacoma venue, Cheney Stadium.

The following day, on Sunday, June 11, Reign City Riot continued their mission of spreading joy and celebration at the Seattle Pride Hockey Association Tournament's All Stars of Pride Game. This event, hosted by the Seattle Pride Hockey Association, brought together LGBTQ+ hockey players from various teams, celebrating their dedication and love for the sport. This was our second year supporting this event and we had a great time playing for the crowd.
